# Create Customer

POST http://localhost:8000/api/v1/customers
Content-Type: application/json

**Endpoint:** `http://localhost:8000/api/v1/customers`

Creates a new customer record.

## Request Body

| `document_type`   | string | ✓        | Type of identification document (e.g. `CC`, `DNI`, `NIT`, `CE`) |
